Everything a Denmark move needs — and nothing it doesn’t
We’re a single-corridor specialist, so our services are built around one job: getting you and your things from the UK to Denmark calmly. Here’s how that breaks down.
Household removals
The full home, moved with care.
A complete house or flat move from the UK to Denmark, run end to end by one team. We survey what’s moving, protect and load it in the UK, take it across the corridor, and deliver to your Danish address — placed room by room, not stacked in the hallway.
Whether it’s a compact London flat or a family home heading to Funen, the plan is built around your particular move rather than a standard template.
Small moves & part-loads
Only pay for the space you use.
You don’t need a whole lorry to move to Denmark. On a part-load (or groupage), your things share a vehicle already heading across the corridor — ideal for a flat’s worth, a few rooms, a student move, or a batch of furniture and boxes. It keeps a smaller move sensible without cutting the care.
A full, dedicated load is there when you want the whole vehicle to yourself and more control over timing. We’ll tell you honestly which fits what you’re sending.
Packing & materials
As much or as little as you like.
Have us pack the whole house, wrap only the fragile and awkward pieces, or pack yourself and take materials from us — you draw the line. Everything we pack is labelled by room and logged on an inventory, which also makes the customs side tidier at the Danish end.
Fragile, high-value and oddly-shaped items get proper protection and, where they need it, custom crating.
Storage
For when the dates don’t line up.
UK move-out and Danish move-in rarely happen on the same day. If there’s a gap — a housing search still underway, a residence step to complete — we can hold your things safely and deliver once you’re settled. Short stay or long, inventoried throughout.
Say early if you think you’ll need it and we’ll build it into the plan rather than scrambling for it later.
Customs clearance
The paperwork is ours to carry.
Since Brexit, a move to Denmark is a customs move. Personal effects you’ve owned and used can usually enter under transfer-of-residence relief, which needs an accurate inventory and the right declarations on the UK and Danish sides. We prepare and handle this with you, so the border is a step in the plan rather than a source of dread.
For the background — what relief covers, what you’ll need to show — see our moving-to-Denmark guide.
Pets, cars and specialist items
Larger items such as cars and machinery can often travel as part of your move — mention them at the survey and we’ll tell you plainly what rides with the household goods and what’s better handled separately. Pet relocation to Denmark has its own animal-health rules, and rather than guess them we’ll point you to the official requirements so you can plan properly. If a request falls outside what we do well, we’ll say so — a specialist that tries to be everything stops being a specialist.
Tell us about your move and we’ll shape the right combination of these around it.
